By downloading, accessing, or using SOORYA AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SOORYA AI. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. The Service

SOORYA AI provides Vedic-astrology-based readings, horoscopes, compatibility analyses, and AI-generated answers based on the birth details you provide. The app generates content using astrological principles and artificial intelligence.

3. Nature of the Service — Important Disclaimer

SOORYA AI is provided for guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Astrology is a belief system and interpretive art, not a scientifically established predictive method. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other expert advice. Always consult a qualified professional for decisions in those areas. You are solely responsible for the choices and actions you take based on any reading.

4. Accounts

You sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the accuracy of the birth details you enter. When you add a family member's birth details, you confirm you are permitted to do so.

5. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

• Certain reports and question packs are paid products. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and are set by us.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Because each report is a personalised digital product generated and delivered to you on purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where a technical failure prevented delivery of the product you paid for. If a paid report fails to generate, contact support@sooryaai.in and we will regenerate it or refund you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; reverse-engineer or scrape the app; attempt to access other users' data; use the service for any unlawful purpose; or resell the generated content as your own product.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us. The personalised report generated for you is provided for your own personal, non-commercial use.

8. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that readings will be accurate, that outcomes described will occur, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOORYA AI and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on content from the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
